Yvonne Norris is the Founder and Executive Director of Lift Up Clayton Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth, strengthening families, and serving communities throughout Clayton County, Henry County, and surrounding areas. Inspired by her own life experiences and a deep passion for helping others, Yvonne created Lift Up Clayton Inc. to provide mentorship, resources, support services, and opportunities that help individuals and families overcome challenges and build brighter futures.

Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Yvonne is a proud mother of three adult children and grandmother to three grandsons. Having experienced social struggles and challenges during her youth, she understands firsthand the importance of belonging, encouragement, and positive guidance. Those experiences became the foundation for her vision to create programs where young people feel valued, supported, and empowered to achieve their goals.

Under Yvonne's leadership, Lift Up Clayton Inc. has developed programs focused on youth mentoring, leadership development, family support services, community outreach, life skills training, and teen empowerment. Her belief is that every child deserves the opportunity to succeed and that strong communities are built by investing in families and young people.
